Patricia Andrade is one of the partners and co-founders of VAN Lawyers.
With over 17 years of experience as a lawyer, in Brazil and Portugal, Patricia particularly focuses her practice in the areas of Civil Law, Contracts, Immigration and Real Estate.
Before founding VAN, she integrated an international desk of a renowned Portuguese law firm in Lisbon for 3 years. In Rio de Janeiro, she worked for one of the most renowned law firms in Brazil in the field of civil litigation before founding her own firm, with expertise in civil law. She also worked as law clerk coordinator for the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro, where she provided legal opinion in highly complex litigation cases, for seven years.
Patricia’s diversified background has given her a cross functional expertise that has allowed her to provide robust legal advice, focused on the specific needs of each client.
At VAN Lawyers, Patricia assists a wide range of international private clients in key decisions related to the investment process, real estate transactions and relocation to Portugal.
She also has experience in advising private clients in the areas of family law and succession.
She is admitted as a lawyer in Portugal and Brazil.
Patricia speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
